SAE J517 100R3 Hydraulic Hose Structure:

  The SAE 100R2 AT 1" high pressure hydraulic rubber hose  consists  of an inner tube of

 liquid resistant synthetic rubber, middle  rubber layer,  two layers of braided wire

 reinforcement, andsuperior  weather resistant  synthetic rubber cover.

Inner Tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two layers of braided high tensile steel wire.

Cover: Abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber

Application Standards: EN853 2SN, GB3683.1 2SN, SAE J517 R2S,  ISO 1436 2SN.

Application:

 2SN hydraulic rubber hose is a high pressure hose  that can be  used in mobile, machine

 tool,agricultural application and other  hydraulic systems.

It can also be used in conveying petroleum or water based  hydraulic fluids which under 

specific pressure and temperature.
