Terracotta panel installation
1. Bury embedded parts
2. Measurement and set the plumb-line: Checking the scene structure of size, to carry out sub-grid adjustment keel, mark the horizontal and vertical control lines for mullion installation using theodolite and level instruments
3. Install the vertical keel: Connect the vertical keel to the comer mold by means of stainless bolt, weld the comer mold and embedded parts together firmly, and adjust the perpendicularity of the vertical keel
4. Install the cotton insulation: Fix thermal insulation to concrete wall with special nail
5. Install the beam (steel cantilever): Fix the horizontal keel (steel cantilever) to the vertical pillar with self-drilling wires, and adjust the levelness of the horizontal keel
6. Install the gutter board: Install flashings at every two floor and on the top of every window in the open system Make all flashings in coherence
7. Install each unit of clay tile: Insert Aluminum hooks into terracotta's channel from sideways (insulating gaskets between them), hang the composed unit in the channel of transom, then adjust the adjustment bolt to meet the needs of terracotta panels vertical height
8. Install the clay tiles and seam tape: Install the clay tiles bottom up. Meanwhile, install seam tape to the vertical pillar in the same manner for continuity and completeness, and finish the installation of the whole curtain wall
9. Clean the surface of terracotta panels
