Medium Chain Fatty Acid Triglycerides (MCT) are processed and refined from coconut oil or palm oil. They are a mixture of saturated triglycerides. The main components are caprylic acid (C8H16O2) and capric acid (C10H20O2). The content of the total fatty acid is not less than 95%.
